- All orders placed before 11:59 PM (Netherlands orders) and 9PM (international orders) are processed the same day.

- Belgium, Germany, Luxembourg and Poland: Delivery within 2-3 business days on average.
- UK, Scandinavia, France: Delivery within 3 business days on average.
- Rest of Europe: Delivery within 3-4 business days on average.

- Shipping fees vary by destination and will be displayed in the shopping cart at checkout before you complete your purchase.
- Free shipping applies for any orders of 2 products or more. This can be any combination of starter sets, gift sets, mounts or refills.
