I bought the Hand Wash + Balm Gift Set as a birthday present for my partner; unfortunately, the bottle arrived a bit damaged (which of course can happen!). What really impressed me was how Ajen handled the situation: they responded immediately, sent out a brand new gift set without hesitation, and even included an extra product as a thoughtful surprise for my girlfriend (including a lovely card with birthday wishes). They turned what could have been a disappointing gifting moment into an experience that felt extremely thoughtful, kind and warm!
That level of customer care is something you don't come across very often. It made me feel like they truly care about their customers, not just their products.
The products themselves are (& smell) amazing, but it's the people behind the brand that have made me a loyal customer.
