Mornings start at the long kitchen table with a breakfast of harvest directly from the fields. Guests are encouraged to wander through the herbal meadows and the food forest, seeing firsthand how the seasons dictate what ends up on their plate. It is a circular way of living that feels both ancient and incredibly forward-thinking.
